| Pickup Policy | |
|
In most circumstances, we will process your order within 1-2 business days of receipt. We will package all items available from our shelf and send you an e-mail confirmation that your order is ready for pick up. Some items may require 4-8 business days to be completed. If this should occur you will be notified by email and/or phone of any delay. We will notify you when missing item(s) been received by us. A copy of your Receipt or a photo ID may be required for pick up. If we do not have some item(s) on our shelf at the time of packaging, we will tell you which items are not available in our Confirmation to Pick Up e-mail. If any item ordered is discontinued, or temporarily unavailable from the manufacturer, we will notify you via phone or email. You may notify us via return e-mail or at the time of pick up if you would like us to Special Order the remaining item(s) or cancel them. Extra charges may be incurred in some cases. Perishable items will be subject to stock on hand at the time you actually pick up you order if it is not at the agreed upon time. If your order is not picked up within 14 days of Notice for Pick Up, we will return the items to our shelf and your order will be cancelled. A re-stocking charge will apply on all special ordered items. Payment Policy: Payment for Pick-up Orders is required at the time of pick up. We accept cash, check, debit cards, money orders, VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover Cards. Applicable sales tax will be added to your order at the time of pickup. |

| Shipping/Delivery Options | |

While most items are shipped within 1-2 business days, some items may require 4-8 business days to be shipped. If this should occur you will be notified by email of any delay. We will notify you when the package has been shipped. If any item(s) are out of stock you will be notified of any delay. If any item(s) are discontinued or temporarily unavailable from the manufacturer we will notify you via phone or email. You may notify us via return e-mail or call us if you would like us to Special Order the remaining item(s) or cancel them. Extra charges may be incurred in some cases. We usually use standard, overland 5-day delivery schedules. We use the United States Post Office or Federal Express Ground Service under most circumstances. We can ship via UPS if requested. Priority or Overnight shipments may be made by special request. Use the Additional Information text block to make your request. We do not offer International Shipping. At the present time we do not ship to military bases. We will ship to a Post Office Box using US MAIL, only if the credit card holder has the same provided credit card billing address as the PO Box that we are shipping to. If you need to track your shipment, please refer to your Order Number on your order Receipt. Please send us an e-mail with your request and we will respond with a status report as soon as possible. Ground Shipping/Handling Charges: Orders totaling $50.00 or more after all discounts but before taxes, will receive free ground shipping. Orders totaling $43.05 and under will be charged a $6.95 shipping/handling fee. Orders totaling between $43.05 and $50.00 will be charged exactly $50.00 including shipping and handling. Express Shipping/Handling Charges: All rush orders shipped via methods other than standard ground shipping will be charged actual shipping costs plus a handling fee of $5.00. Please note that all charges are stated in United States currency. All weights are stated in US measurements (1 US pound equals approximately 0.45 kg.) |

| Sales Tax | |
|
State sales taxes will be applied to all shipments within California, on taxable items, and will be added to your invoice when your credit card is processed. Sales taxes are not applied to shipments for destinations outside the State of California. Sales taxes vary according to the category of item ordered and the shipping address. State tax is charged in accordance with California law and all tax collected is remitted directly to the State and is not kept by the store. | Payment Policy | |

Payment for orders will be made via your credit card upon picking and packing the order. Sales tax and shipping charges will be added if your order is being shipped to the address on your Order Confirmation. Your credit card will be charged on the day that your order is shipped. You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been shipped and your credit card charged. If your order is to be picked up at the store, we will charge your credit card at the time that you pickup your order. We will notify you via e-mail that your order is ready. If your order is not picked up within 14 days of Notice for Pickup, we will return the items to our shelf and cancel your order. Restocking charges will apply if there were any special ordered items in your order. |

| Return Policy | |
|
Returns: Refunds are provided for unopened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment, less any shipping costs for the shipment/return of the package. A restocking fee will apply on all special ordered items. Returns must be made no later than 30 days from the date of invoice. A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a refund. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned item(s) less any shipping charges and restocking fees you were billed. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase. When you receive your credit card refund, any fees incurred for shipment/return along with restocking fees will be deducted from your credit card refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on opened returned products. This does not apply to defective items. We reserve the right to deny a refund if all requirements are not met. Cancellation: Once an order is shipped it can not be canceled. You can refuse the package when received, but you will be responsible for all shipping costs including return of the package plus an additional 25% restocking fee. You must e-mail or call us if you refuse delivery of your order or delay in processing your refund may occur. When you receive your credit card refund, any fees incurred for shipment/return along with restocking fees will be deducted from your credit card refund. Undeliverable Orders: If your package is returned undelivered we will attempt to contact you, but it is your responsibility to contact us with your instructions on reshipping your order. We request that all correspondence for your instructions and understanding of the costs to reship the original order be in writing with your authorization. Include your order number with all correspondence. You will be responsible for all shipping costs for the return/reshipment of the original order along with any charges for proof of delivery and insurance that we may deem necessary for the 2nd delivery attempt. Any order returned to us for any of the reasons listed below may incur additional charges to reship the original order. 1: A notice was left by the carrier that an attempt was made to deliver your package. In some cases the carrier will not leave a box unattended if it is too large or if no one is home at the time of the delivery attempt(s). Should this happen it is your responsibility to arrange for delivery of your package with the carrier before the carrier returns it to us as undeliverable. 2: Incorrect shipping information that you provided when you placed your order. If you choose to not have your order reshipped or we cannot contact you after three attempts or 10 days we will refund your original order less deductions for the following: 1: Any shipping/handling fees paid by you, the customer. 2: Any shipping costs paid by Health Habit that were over the shipping fees you paid, if any. 3: A 25% restocking fee for canceling your order. When we issue your refund, any fees incurred for shipment/return along with restocking fees will be deducted from your refund. |
